What is your shipping policy?
Please contact me prior to order for shipping outside of the United States and Canada for original art. You will notice that if you attempt to select any country other than the United States or Canada on the check out page a very large shipping charge is applied to your order; that charge is just to discourage you from purchasing without contacting me first. I can most likely ship original art to anywhere in the world, but due to the large sizes of some of my artwork and the one-of-a-kind nature of the products, I prefer to work directly with anyone interested in purchasing original art internationally to ensure we can come to an arrangement that we are both happy with. What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
I offer a 60 day money back guarantee on all purchases. Purchaser must also pay for return shipping and insure the artwork for the value of the purchase. All artwork being returned must be in original condition and repacked in the same way as it was originally received. Contact me at email@example.com prior to returning artwork to discuss arrangements.
Does original artwork come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, all original artwork is shipped with a certificate of authenticity.
What if my original art is damaged in shipping?
In the unlikely event that your art is damaged, we will work with you individually to provide you with a refund or some sort of replacement. Our aim is for everyone to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.
